What is Bjoiful Art?

Bjoiful Art is a mindfulness (focus-based) art practice that connects the imagination to the body to allow the expression of feelings without the use of words.

Here are just a few areas in which Bjoiful Art can support and help:

  • Gain clarity

  • Discover the ability and practice of "letting go"

  • Create a new, self-loving story to tell

  • Self empowerment

  • Freedom to create without judgement

  • Loving, self-discovery

  • Acknowledge your own power within

Each session includes a gentle sound bath during the guided meditation, art practice and journaling time

Do it because it feels good. If it doesn't, don't. Simple.
